By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

Leads King AI provides AI-driven automation solutions, including:

  • AI Voice Receptionists
  • AI Inbound & Follow-up Calling Agents
  • Website AI Chatbots
  • CRM, calendar, and workflow automations
  • White-label and agency-ready AI solutions

Services may involve AI-generated conversations, call handling, message processing, and automated workflows based on client-defined configurations.

2. Eligibility & Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the authority to represent a business if using services on behalf of one
  • You will use our services only for lawful business purposes

You agree not to use our services for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business and contact information
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws
  • Obtaining proper consent for call recording, AI calling, SMS, or follow-up communications where required
  • Managing opt-outs, do-not-call requests, and compliance obligations

Leads King AI is not responsible for how clients use the AI services or how communications are initiated.

4. AI Services & Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses are automated and may not always be perfect or error-free
  • AI agents operate based on scripts, logic, and configurations approved by the client
  • AI is not a replacement for licensed professionals (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

Leads King AI does not guarantee specific results, lead volume, sales outcomes, or revenue performance.

5. Call Recording & Communications Compliance

Some services may involve:

  • Call recording
  • Call transcription
  • Chat logging
  • Conversation summaries

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all communications comply with applicable consent, disclosure, and telecommunication laws (including TCPA, GDPR, or local equivalents).

Leads King AI is not liable for misuse or non-compliant deployment of AI calling or messaging.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • CRMs and calendar systems
  • Automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs)
  • AI voice and messaging providers

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes caused by third-party platforms.

7. Payments, Fees & Subscriptions

  • Setup fees and monthly service fees are agreed upon at onboarding
  • Fees may vary based on service type, usage, or call volume
  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled in writing

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. White-Label & Reseller Services

For white-label or agency partners:

  • You may resell services under your own brand
  • You are responsible for your end clients’ compliance and communications
  • Leads King AI remains the underlying technology provider

We do not hold liability for reseller-client disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, workflows, AI configurations, designs, and documentation provided by Leads King AI remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our systems outside agreed terms.

10. Data Handling & Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process data solely to provide and support services. We do not sell personal data.

Clients remain the data controller for their end-user communications.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features
  • Update services
  • Discontinue or replace components

Notice may be provided where reasonable.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Services are used unlawfully
  • Payments are overdue

Clients may cancel services according to agreed cancellation terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Leads King AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed leads, or business outcomes
  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leads King AI from claims arising from:

  • Improper use of services
  • Legal non-compliance
  • Client or end-user disputes

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
